Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Offner Technologies ("we", "us") collects when you visit offnertechnology.com, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it deliberately short because we collect very little.

1. Who we are

Offner Technologies is an Israeli technology company focused on non-invasive medical device concepts built on the patent-pending NL-SWI measurement method. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at arie@offnertechnology.com.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to send — typically your name, work email, organization, partnership interest, and the content of your message.
• Technical and server-log data. Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps) needed to serve the site securely and to prevent abuse.
• Anonymous usage analytics. With Umami — a cookie-less, privacy-friendly analytics service — we record aggregated page views, referrers, and events such as a PDF download or a contact-form submission. No cookies are set and no personal identifiers are collected.

We use no advertising cookies. We do not sell personal data and we do not build advertising profiles. Our analytics (Umami) uses no cookies and no personal identifiers.

3. Why we use it

• To read and respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, to continue a partnership conversation.
• To operate, secure, and maintain the website (server logs, abuse prevention, uptime).
• To comply with legal obligations that may apply to us.

4. Legal bases

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent and/or our legitimate interest to respond to inquiries you initiate; our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure; and compliance with legal obligations. Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, we process the limited data described above for the purposes stated here.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run the site. These currently include:

• Hostinger — website hosting and server logs.
• FormSubmit — delivers contact-form submissions to our email inbox over a secure connection.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site; Google may receive your IP address as a result of loading the font files.
• Umami — cookie-less, privacy-friendly analytics; records anonymous, aggregated usage with no cookies, personal identifiers, or cross-site tracking.

We do not share your data for others' marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country (including in the EU, the United States, or Israel). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. How long we keep it

Inquiry emails and messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted or archived only as required by law. Server logs are retained by our host for a limited period.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email arie@offnertechnology.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority).

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
