By accessing or using offnertechnology.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Offner Technologies ("we", "us").

1. Informational purpose only

The Site describes research directions, engineering concepts, and product design targets. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a solicitation, or a commitment to sell, license, or supply any product or service.

2. No medical advice; no built device

The Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The technologies described are design targets and are not finished products: no NL-SWI device has been built, tested, or cleared by any regulatory authority. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

3. Forward-looking and illustrative content

Statements about intended capabilities, performance, and applications are forward-looking design goals, not measured results or guarantees. Images, animations, and videos are visualizations of design intent and do not depict a functioning device.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, video, and the names "Offner Technologies" and "NL-SWI" — is owned by or licensed to Offner Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The technology is patent-pending (U.S. Application No. 63/996,286). You may view and share the Site for non-commercial, informational purposes, but you may not copy, modify, republish, or use the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Third-party links and sources

The Site may link to third-party sites and reference third-party research. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and references do not imply endorsement. Where we cite independent studies, we note that such studies did not test NL-SWI itself.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offner Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We may modify the Site and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
